Introduction
SoulConnect is a space for connection, exchange, and shared creation.
This community is shaped by conscious people who are willing to take responsibility for themselves and for the shared space.
These guidelines are not meant as rigid rules or control. They serve as orientation and as an invitation to co-create this space with awareness, respect, and aliveness.
Focus of the Community
The focus of SoulConnect lies in connection, exchange, projects, shared experiences, and meaningful contributions.
SoulConnect is not a general discussion forum for arbitrary content. The space is intended for contributions that have a clear relation to the community and that support connection, shared learning, or exchange.
Posts should not primarily arise from personal broadcasting, but from the intention to bring something meaningful into the shared space. Content without a clear connection to the community or without recognizable value for the collective exchange is not part of SoulConnect’s focus.
SoulConnect aims to avoid the feed drifting into constant noise. The intention is to create a space where genuine interest, attention, and appreciation can emerge – for content, people, and processes.
Respect and Responsibility
Every person brings their own story, perspective, and sensitivity. Respectful interaction is the foundation of this community.
Different opinions may exist and be expressed. What matters is not whether something is said, but how it is said: with respect, clarity, and responsibility.
Personal attacks or devaluation, bullying, public shaming, targeted provocation, as well as discriminatory content or hate speech are not welcome.
Handling Conflict and Tension
SoulConnect acknowledges that wherever real people meet, tension, friction, and conflict can arise. These are not inherently problematic and may be visible within the space.
Conflicts may remain in the space as long as they are addressed respectfully, concretely, and responsibly. Addressing behavior or statements is possible, as long as it does not turn into devaluation, public shaming, or escalation.
At the same time, the space should not be dominated by conflict. If discussions become hardened, circular, or begin to overshadow the community space, it may be appropriate to pause them, end them, or move them into a different and more suitable context.
SoulConnect is a space for encounter in which personal processes may become visible.
At the same time, the platform is not designed to continuously accompany or resolve individual conflicts or emotional processes.
Responsibility for one’s own handling of personal topics and conflicts remains with the individuals involved.
Political Content and Societal Topics
SoulConnect is not a space for party-political debates, agitational content, or polarizing ongoing confrontations.
Societal, ethical, and value-based questions may be reflected upon and discussed, provided they are approached in the spirit of respectful dialogue and have a clear connection to the community.
The goal is not depoliticization, but a conscious engagement with topics that avoids simplification, front-building, or division.
Presentation of Products and Services
The presentation of one’s own products and services is allowed, provided it is done in a targeted, transparent manner and with a sense of proportion.
For long-term visibility and clarity, listings are available in the Resources section. This allows offers to be found intentionally without repeated promotional posts dominating the shared feed.
Health, Medicine, and Healing Claims
SoulConnect is a space for sharing experiences, not for medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Personal experiences and general information are allowed. Not permitted are diagnoses for others, concrete treatment instructions, healing promises, or calls to refrain from necessary medical or therapeutic measures.
Content on SoulConnect does not replace professional advice.
Responsibility When Sharing Information
Opinions, experiences, and personal perspectives are welcome. At the same time, content should be shared with care and awareness.
Not welcome are deliberately misleading or false information, content that causes harm or fear, or absolute truth claims without openness to dialogue.
Data Protection and Privacy
SoulConnect processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please do not share sensitive personal data about yourself or others.
This includes addresses, phone numbers, private identification data, health or banking information, as well as information shared without consent.
Moderation, Reporting, and Consequences
All content can be reported if it violates these guidelines. Reports help protect the shared space.
Moderation intervenes supportively when necessary. Decisions are made with care and in the interest of the community.
In cases of repeated or serious violations, content may be hidden or removed, functions restricted, or accounts temporarily or permanently suspended.
Use by Minors
SoulConnect is intended for users aged 14 and older. This is due to legal requirements regarding consent to personal data processing.
If users under the age of 14 are identified, accounts may be reviewed and, if necessary, removed.
