SoulConnect is a space for connection, exchange and shared creation.
These rules outline how we wish to interact with one another so that this space remains safe, respectful and meaningful for everyone.
Our way of relating is based on mutual respect, personal responsibility and the understanding that conscious people are able to hold the space together, rather than getting lost in personal disputes.
Respect and responsibility
Every person brings their own story, perspective and sensitivity.
Respectful interaction is the foundation of this community.
Not welcome are personal attacks or demeaning behavior, bullying, public shaming or deliberate provocation, as well as discriminatory content or hate speech.
Different opinions may exist. What matters is how they are expressed.
Focus of the community
SoulConnect is not a general discussion forum for everything happening in the world.
The focus lies on connection, exchange, projects, shared experiences and meaningful contributions.
Not welcome are political debates and party-political content, discussions about sports events such as football, long sequences of low-value posts without relevance to the exchange, as well as content that creates division rather than connection.
SoulConnect aims to avoid the feed turning into background noise and instead foster genuine interest and appreciation.
No public handling of personal conflicts
SoulConnect is not a place for publicly airing personal conflicts.
Not welcome are public comment disputes, indirect accusations, insinuations or escalations in comment threads, as well as posts intended to publicly expose or shame others.
If tensions arise between individuals, please resolve them directly with one another, for example through a personal conversation, a phone call or direct exchange.
Use by minors
The use of SoulConnect is permitted only for persons who have reached the age of 14.
This is because, under applicable law, minors under the age of 14 are not legally able to give valid consent to the processing of personal data on their own. SoulConnect is therefore intentionally directed at users aged 14 and above, as well as adults.
If it becomes known that persons under the age of 14 have registered on the platform, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, remove the corresponding user accounts.
This rule serves to protect minors and to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Use of the platform and supporter membership
Using SoulConnect is free of charge.
The intention is to create an open space that can be accessed regardless of a person’s financial situation, provided there is access to the internet and an internet-enabled device.
At the same time, operating the platform involves ongoing costs, including infrastructure, maintenance, administration and further development.
To support the project voluntarily, users may choose a supporter membership.
This membership exists solely to help finance and sustainably develop SoulConnect.
Currently, the following supporter levels are available:
Level 1
Supports basic operational and electricity costs related to administration.
Level 2
Helps finance necessary plugins and technical extensions.
Level 3
Contributes to ongoing costs and the development of new features.
Level 4
Enables growth, stabilization of the platform and expansion of services to reach more people.

A supporter membership is voluntary and has no influence on basic platform usage or visibility within the community.
Presentation of products and services
Presenting your own products and services is allowed.
However, this should be done in a targeted and non-spammy manner.
For ongoing visibility and clarity, dedicated listings are available under Resources.
This allows people to intentionally look for offers without repeatedly disturbing the community feed.
Health, medicine and healing claims
SoulConnect is a space for sharing experiences, not for medical advice.
Allowed are personal experiences and general information.
Not allowed are medical diagnoses for others, concrete treatment instructions, healing claims or promises of guaranteed recovery, encouragement to stop necessary medical or therapeutic treatments, as well as the sale or promotion of medications or non-approved remedies.
Content on SoulConnect does not replace professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
Responsibility when sharing information
Opinions, experiences and personal perspectives are welcome.
At the same time, information should be shared with care and awareness.
Not welcome are deliberately misleading or false information, content that causes harm or fear, as well as absolute truth claims without openness for dialogue.
Data protection, personal data and privacy
SoulConnect processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Please do not share sensitive personal data about yourself or others.
This includes addresses, phone numbers or private identification data, health or banking information, as well as information published without proper consent.
If personal data is shared without authorization, please report it immediately.
Reporting content and moderation
All content can be reported if it violates these rules.
Reports help maintain the shared framework of the community.
Users may report or block other users.
If content is reported multiple times, it may be temporarily hidden and reviewed.
Moderation acts in a supportive manner when necessary. Decisions are made with care and in the interest of the community.
Copyright and external content
Users are responsible for ensuring that their contributions do not violate copyright or personal rights of third parties.
External content may only be shared if it is lawful.
SoulConnect does not assume responsibility for content from external sources.
Consequences of rule violations
Violations of these rules may result in measures such as hiding or removing content, temporary restrictions of functions, or temporary or permanent suspension of accounts.
These measures serve to protect the shared space.
